The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft beds and a modern bathroom. We enjoyed the nearby night market with its local charm and delicious street food. The hotel's location is also convenient for those flying in or out of Bangkok.

The hotel is located quite far from downtown Bangkok, which may be a disadvantage for those looking to explore the city's main attractions. the surrounding area's lack of public transportation options leaves visitors reliant on taxis, which can be a hassle to find and negotiate with.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

We had a car, so 5 minutes drive to seacon square. 15 km from Suvarnabhumi airport. We loved Heritage s Srinakarin. The property met every demand, we would happily go back again.

Open pool all night. Enjoyed spending time at the pool under the rain. Staff provided telephone charge. Cheap price and free breakfast. Accommodating staff. Free tuktuk service. Easy access to Seacon Mall. Convenient pick-up service

The location is terrible, difficult to find and not well located for anything. They do not provide transport to the nearest skytrain, only to the large shopping centre close by, so we had to pay for at least two taxis a day to go anywhere.

The hotel was decently priced and offered a clean room with friendly staff. The breakfast included was a great way to start the day and the wifi internet was free during our stay. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to a nearby shopping center.

The hotel was a bit far from tourist attractions and taxis had trouble finding the location. It was also located in a secluded area, making it difficult to find food options outside the hotel.

You have very service orientated staff. Attentive to my needs. Your staff has initiative.

It just the location. A little bit out of the way, however the hotel is able to make up this weak point by having a free tuk tuk service to ferry guest to places not to far from the hotel. Very convienient! Keep up the good service.

The hotel is located in a distant suburb, but there's a local night market with tasty and affordable Thai food nearby. The room was basic but had a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was decent.

The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the reception area was disorganized.

I like the hotel.. Staff was excellent, very good service from them. Like the hotel because its little quiet place it is, but not fare from shopping. One of the best hotel i stay in on a very long time because of the service from staff :D

I really enjoyed exploring the local night market nearby, where I found an array of delicious Thai food. The room was well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi was also a great bonus for staying connected.
